Coaching & Interventions
Change is a decision. Let's make it stick.
Private coaching and compassionate intervention support — for the person ready to do the work, and the families standing beside them.
1:1 Coaching
Rewire the mindset. Rebuild the habits.
Coaching with Mike is direct, warm, and relentlessly practical. Together you’ll dismantle the stories keeping you stuck and install a daily practice that holds under real pressure.
No fluff, no guru act — just accountability from someone who has walked the road himself.
01
You're successful on paper but restless underneath, and ready for more than another quick fix.
02
You've hit a wall — burnout, a setback, a transition — and need a reset that lasts.
03
You want an honest, experienced partner who'll hold you accountable without the hype.
04
You're rebuilding after a hard season and want to do it on solid ground.
The Process
Three steps, one direction.
Clarity call
We map where you are, where you want to be, and whether we're the right fit.
The work
Regular 1:1 sessions with practices, accountability, and real-time adjustments.
Integration
We lock the habits in so the change outlives our sessions together.
Interventions
When a family can't wait.
As an experienced interventionist, Mike guides families through their hardest moments with structure, compassion, and zero judgment — helping a loved one accept help, and helping the family survive the process.
Every situation is different. Every conversation is confidential.
Confidential first
Everything begins with a private, judgment-free conversation.
Family-centered
We prepare the whole family, not just the moment in the room.
A path forward
Support doesn't end at 'yes' — we help connect the next steps to care.
Credentials
Trained, certified,
accountable.
